Mavea is emotionless person who live in the wealthy family. She's never feel happy about her own family because they always so busy with their work, leaving her with their maids. Even though the maids always give her what she needs, she's prefer to be alone. So, she decided to go out in forest without anyone knows it. That's where she met Nio in the forest. At first, Mavea not used to play with Nio but after a while, she's always met Nio in the forest to play with him again. She could feel the emotions that she never felt before and was happy that she finally could feel those emotions like everybody else. She finally feel like she's a "normal" human. But then, her parent find out she's out in the woods with Nio. They captured Nio but his mother came to save her son after hearing her son blowing the whistle that was made by her. They argued for a bit and finally took away their own children. When Mavea goes to forest again to find Nio, he was nowhere to be found. She's started to play with knife and keeps stabbing all of her dolls and destroying all of her toys except her toy snake (because snake was her favourite animal) Their parents worried about her condition. So, they finds her a new friend for her but no one could fulfilled Mavea's first friend.

After a while, she's become much more worst and finally killed her own parents. Deabru (Despair demon) finds her interesting and asked her if she want to be part of tristitia and she's agreed. Everybody who knew her didn't remember any about her and her wealthy parents when she was 13 years old. She's also had her own "eyes" on his back but she didn't desire to kill anyone in particular unless someone's who getting in her way. Her toy snake becomes her weapon for her to kill someone.

After for so long searching for her first friend, she's finally met him, who was chopping woods in the deep forest. She asked Deabru about Nio and a plan to make him despair too. Deabru also could sense something special about Nio so he agree to her decision. Deabru pretend to be human and kill Nio's mother. When Nio came home, he find out that her mother got killed and immediately kill Deabru but of course it didn't killed Deabru. He was just pretending get chopped off his own head.

Mavea finally happy that she could see her friend again but Nio never like her anymore after find out she's the one who killed his mother.
